2018-2019. is a new concert experience bringing together the collaborative music making of indie-pop group, YASSOU with composer Kristina Dutton, and another unusual collaboration between dancers from two different world-class ballet companies, San Francisco Ballet and Alonzo King LINES Ballet.

Choreography by Dani Rowe, sets and visuals by creative director, Luke Acret, lighting design by Michael Straun, animation by Brandon MacFarland. Principal dancers from San Francisco Ballet, Dores Andre, Frances Chung, Luke Ingham, and Jennifer Stahl, and from LINES Ballet, Adji Cissoko, Babatunji, and Michael Montgomery share center stage with the musicians.

Borderless Imaginary

2016-2017. A collaboration between director Ann Schnake and videographer Robert Gomez of MobileIntent, dancers Carmen Serber and Natalie Greene, and composers Linda Bouchard and Kristina Dutton. Borderless Imaginary is a site-specific installation of sculptural works, performance, music, and video projection exploring excess and essential need. Performances include Oakland Murmur First Fridays with video on The Great Wall, The Berkeley Museum and Pacific Film Archive, Finnish Hall, and The Milk Bar.

2016. A dance performance collaboration between Naka Dance Theater, musician/composers Kristina Dutton, Crystal Pascucci, and Kanoko Nishi, and artistic director and visual artist Kim Anno.
